Yes. If your event runs over multiple days, or if you need the tent erected the day before for setup purposes, we can offer multi-day pricing. Just mention this when you request your quote and we'll factor it in.

Our pole tent measures 7×12 metres, giving a total covered area of 84 square metres. Depending on your layout — banquet, cocktail, or theatre-style — it comfortably accommodates between 60 and 100 guests.

Up to 100 guests for standing/cocktail events. For seated banquet-style events, we recommend planning for 60–80 guests to allow comfortable spacing for tables, chairs, and a dance floor or stage area.

Absolutely. Many of our clients work with decorators to drape, light, and style the interior. The tent's peak structure lends itself beautifully to chandeliers, fairy lights, and draping. Just ensure your decorator coordinates with us on what can be attached to the structure.

Currently we specialise in tent hire only. We recommend working with a local event hire company for furniture, lighting, and décor. We're happy to suggest suppliers we've worked with before.

Our tent can be set up on grass, compacted earth, paving, and most outdoor surfaces. For harder surfaces like paving or concrete, we use weighted anchoring instead of pegs. We assess this during the site visit or quote process.

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially for weekends. During peak event season (October to April), we suggest booking 4–6 weeks ahead. Don't hesitate to contact us for last-minute requests — we'll always try to accommodate.

Yes — every hire is fully serviced. Our crew delivers the tent to your venue, erects the full structure including all poles, pegs, ropes, and canvas, and returns after your event for complete breakdown and collection. You don't lift a finger.

Typically 2–4 hours depending on the configuration and site conditions. We always plan to arrive well before your guests, so setup is completed with time to spare. For complex setups, we may erect the tent the day before — this will be confirmed in your booking plan.

For most events, we complete setup and return for breakdown. If you require on-call support or a technician on standby throughout your event, this can be arranged — just let us know when you request your quote.

For straightforward bookings, a site visit may not be necessary. For larger events, unusual terrain, or complex setups, we'll schedule a quick visit to assess ground conditions, access routes, and optimal tent positioning. This is included at no extra charge.

Yes. Our pole tent is constructed with fully waterproof canvas and is engineered to handle Gauteng's summer storms. When properly erected and pegged, it provides reliable shelter against rain, wind, and harsh sun.

Your guests stay dry. The tent is designed for exactly this scenario. We monitor the weather forecast in the days leading up to your event and will proactively advise if additional measures — like extra anchoring, sidewall panels, or drainage management — are needed.

Yes. Sidewall panels can be added to provide additional protection against driving rain or wind. This is particularly useful for winter events or venues with high exposure. Sidewalls can be included in your quote on request.

Our tent is anchored securely using a combination of pegs and/or weights depending on the surface. In cases of extreme weather forecasts (storm warnings), we'll discuss options with you including additional anchoring or event rescheduling for safety.

We service all areas across Gauteng, including Centurion, Pretoria, Johannesburg, Midrand, Sandton, East Rand, West Rand, and Soweto. If your venue is in Gauteng, we can almost certainly get there.

Delivery within central Gauteng (Centurion, Pretoria, Johannesburg) is included in the standard rate. For venues further afield, a small travel supplement may apply — this will always be disclosed upfront in your quote.

Our primary service area is Gauteng. For events in nearby provinces like North West, Mpumalanga, or Limpopo, contact us — we'll assess feasibility and quote accordingly. Distance and logistics will be factored into the pricing.
